1. Our commitment
ComplyPages aims to make complypages.com accessible and usable for as many people as possible.
We are working to align this website with recognised accessibility best practices, including the WCAG principles of making content perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.
ComplyPages provides practical accessibility QA and EAA-readiness support to other organisations, and we aim to apply the same practical improvement mindset to our own website.
2. Scope of this statement
This statement applies to the public website at:
It covers public pages, website navigation, informational content, forms, and core user flows available on complypages.com.
It does not necessarily cover third-party websites, embedded third-party tools, external links, or documents hosted outside complypages.com.
3. Conformance status
We aim to align complypages.com with WCAG 2.2 Level AA where reasonably possible.
Current status: Partially conformant. This means that some parts of the website may not fully conform to the target standard yet.
We are continuing to review and improve the website as the product evolves.

We aim to support accessibility by:

- Maintaining readable text and simple language where possible;
- Supporting keyboard navigation;
- Providing visible focus styles where possible;
- Using meaningful link and button text;
- Avoiding reliance on colour alone to communicate meaning;

- Testing key public pages with automated and manual checks;
- Updating content and components when issues are identified.

- Third-party embedded services or tools that we do not fully control;

- Older content that may not yet follow the latest structure;

- Form or interface components that are still being improved.

6. Assessment method
This statement is based on internal review, automated checks, and manual review of key public pages and forms.
Testing may include browser-based accessibility checks, keyboard navigation review, form label and focus review, colour contrast checks, basic screen-reader-oriented checks, and manual review of important website flows.
This is an ongoing process rather than a one-time certification.
